Elpenor Blanc de Noir Wine:
This wine is made from the Jaen grape variety. Mineral and structured wine with a firm acidity. It reveals well the profile of the variety of origin.
Alcohol content 13.5%.
This wine presents a bright citrine colour with a light straw nuance. The aroma is very elegant and refined, with notes of white-fleshed fruit married with hints of violet and tea, with a soft note of lychees. In the mouth it shows volume and minerality, with a velvety and fresh structure, revealing a very long finish and high character.
Rosé Wine:
This wine is a very balanced wine, with good texture and finesse. Intense pink in colour, it presents an aroma of forest fruit allied to notes of violet and rosemary. In the mouth it is fresh, long and very mineral.
Alcohol content 12.9%.
Red Wine:
This wine has a young sensory profile. Good combination of acidity and body. Pleasant and elegant acidity.
Alcohol content of 13.7%.
This wine is the result of the union of the four main grape varieties of the Dão Region: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro and Jaen. It has an intense ruby colour and a very present aroma of forest fruit and bergamot. In the mouth it is full-bodied, very fresh and elegant. Its finish is long and complex.
